Plans

What Free, Pro and Enterprise include, the Free plan's limits, and what happens when you change plans.

Every new workspace starts on Free. Pro removes the limits and adds the advanced leave rules; Enterprise adds support terms on top of Pro. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What each plan includes

  • Free. Requests, approvals, ledger-based balances, the team calendar, public holidays and reports. Requests are approved in a single step by the employee's manager. Limits: 5 members, 1 location, 1 department and 3 leave types.
  • Pro. Everything in Free with no limits, plus accruals, carryover and multi-step approval chains. A flat monthly price covers your first 10 active employees, then you pay per additional active employee. Billed monthly; cancel any time.
  • Enterprise. Everything in Pro, with priority support, an SLA and invoicing by agreement. Pricing is custom; contact us to set it up.

How it works

  • Members are active employees. Anyone whose employment has started and not ended counts, including people working their notice and people added without a login. Future hires and archived employees don't count. The same count drives the Free limit and the Pro price.
  • Seats follow headcount. On Pro, your seat count adjusts automatically as people join and leave, prorated.
  • Hitting a limit. When a Free workspace is at a limit, creating one more location, department or leave type, or adding one more person, is refused and you're offered an upgrade. You can see how much of each limit you use in Billing.

Good to know

  • Downgrading or a cancelled subscription moves the workspace to Free. Nothing is deleted: locations, departments and leave types over the limit keep working, and accrual, carryover and approval-chain settings you already made keep applying. You can't create new ones or change them until you upgrade again.
  • A failed payment doesn't cut access. The card is retried, and the workspace drops to Free only if it keeps failing.
  • Self-hosting is coming soon. A self-hosted installation will have no limits and include every Pro feature; see Self-hosting.
